Puppy Pilates is a fun and calming activity that combines basic Pilates movements with gentle interaction with puppies. Hi, I’m Brianna, the owner of Puppy Pilates Co.

The idea for Puppy Pilates was born from a simple moment, I attended a one off puppy Pilates event, and it was pure joy, but there was nothing like it happening regularly. So, I decided to create it myself, a space where people could move their bodies, lift their spirits, and spend time with adorable puppies.

My background is in business and event management, with a Bachelor of Business and a major in Events and Marketing. I’ve also just graduated with my Masters of Teaching. But more than that, I’ve always loved animals. I’m the kind of person who will pull over to rescue an injured lorikeet from crows or build a net under a boat ramp to save baby birds from falling into the water.

Puppy Pilates is my way of combining that love for animals with my passion for creating events that make people feel good.
